布拉酵母菌应用于急性腹泻患儿治疗中的效果

Clinical Effect of Saccharomyces Boulardii in the Treatment of Children with Acute Diarrhea

目的探讨布拉酵母菌应用于急性腹泻患儿治疗中的效果。方法选择我院治疗的75例2016年5月至2019年2月急性腹泻患儿。随机分组,对照组实施常规药物治疗,观察组则实施常规药物+布拉酵母菌治疗。比较两组急性腹泻疗效;急性腹泻得到控制的时间、排便次数恢复正常时间、大便性状恢复正常时间、总的住院时间、住院的费用;不良反应。结果观察组急性腹泻疗效、急性腹泻得到控制的时间、排便次数恢复正常时间、大便性状恢复正常时间、总的住院时间、住院的费用相比较均优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组和对照组不良反应相似,P>0.05。结论常规药物+布拉酵母菌治疗急性腹泻效果确切,可获得理想效果。

Objective To explore the effect of saccharomyces boulardii in the treatment of children with acute diarrhea.Methods Seventy-five children with acute diarrhea in our hospital from May 2016 to February 2019 were selected.Randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated with routine drugs,while the observation group was treated with routine drugs+saccharomyces boulardii.The curative effect of acute diarrhea,the time when acute diarrhea was controlled,the time when defecation frequency returned to normal,the time when stool characteristics returned to normal,the total length of hospital stay,the cost of hospitalization,and adverse reactions.were compared between the two groups Results The curative effect of acute diarrhea,the time when acute diarrhea was controlled,the time when defecation frequency returned to normal,the time when stool character returned to normal,the total hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions of the observation group and the control group were similar,P>0.05.Conclusion Conventional medicine+saccharomyces boulardiihas definite effect on acute diarrhea and can obtain ideal effect.
