马来酸依那普利叶酸片在老年慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用效果

Effect of Enalapril Maleate Folic Acid Tablets on Elderly Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的分析马来酸依那普利叶酸片在老年慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1~10月在我院进行治疗的100例老年慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同分为两组,每组50例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果、临床相关指标、心功能指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组Hcy、NT-pro BNP、和肽素水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论马来酸依那普利叶酸片在老年慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用效果较好,可有效缓解临床症状,提高心功能,进一步提高治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of enalapril maleate folic acid tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods Between January 2020 and October 2020 in our hospital for treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure,100 cases as the research object,according to the treatment method is divided into two groups,50 cases as control group given conventional treatment,50 cases of observation group was given enalapril maleate folic acid tablets treatment,observation of two groups of patients effectively,clinical indicators,heart function,analysis of therapeutic effect.Results The effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Hcy,NT-Pro BNP,and peptide in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).LVEF,LVEDD and LVESD in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Enalapril maleate acid folic acid tablets in the elderly patients with chronic heart failure treatment effect was good,can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms,improve cardiac function,further improve the treatment efficiency.
