舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术中的效果研究

Effect of Sufentanil Combined with Propofol Anesthesia in Laparoscopic Myomectomy

目的观察在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术中运用丙泊酚+舒芬太尼麻醉的效果。方法选择我院2017年4月至2018年12月收治的子宫肌瘤患者96例,均行腹腔镜剔除术治疗;采用抽签法将其分为观察组48例、对照组48例。予以对照组丙泊酚+芬太尼麻醉支持,予以观察组丙泊酚+舒芬太尼麻醉支持,比较两组麻醉效果及安全性。结果结果显示,观察组手术镇痛优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后呼吸恢复、拔管时间、呼叫睁眼时间等均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组术后不良反应对比,观察组发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);术后1 h、6 h、12 h,观察组VAS疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经研究证实,在子宫肌瘤腹腔镜手术中,对患者应用丙泊酚+舒芬太尼麻醉,镇痛效果更为显著,且麻醉恢复时间短,药物不良反应少,安全性可靠。

Objective To observe the effect of propofol and sufentanil anesthesia in laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods A total of 96 patients with hysteromyoma in our hospital from April 2017 to December 2018 were selected and treated with laparoscopic myomectomy.They were divided into observation group(48 cases)and control group(48 cases)by drawing lots.The control group was given propofol+fentanyl anesthesia support,and the observation group was given propofol+sufentanil anesthesia support.Compared the anesthesia effect and safety of the two groups.Results The results showed that the excellent and good rate of operation analgesia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the postoperative respiratory recovery,extubation time and eye opening time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);1 h,6 h and 12 h after operation,the VAS pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The study confirmed that the application of propofol and sufentanil anesthesia in patients with hysteromyoma laparoscopic surgery has more significant analgesic effect,shorter anesthesia recovery time,less adverse drug reactions and reliable safety.
