半夏泻心汤加减治疗小儿消化不良的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction on Children with Dyspepsia

目的分析探究半夏泻心汤加减治疗小儿消化不良的临床效果。方法此次研究采取随机盲选法,将2019年4月至2020年4月进入我院治疗的102例消化不良患儿划分为两组,各组平均为51例;其中,对照组实行常规治疗,观察组患儿在此基础上实行半夏泻心汤加减治疗,对比两组患儿的临床疗效、临床症状消失时间及不良反应发生率。结果(1)在治疗总有效率方面,观察组(94.12%)显著高于对照组(76.47%)(P<0.05)。(2)观察组在泛酸消失时间、上腹饱胀消失时间、嗳气症状消失时间上均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)在不良反应总发生率方面,观察组(3.92%)明显低于对照组(17.65%)(P<0.05)。结论消化不良患儿实行半夏泻心汤加减治疗的疗效明显,可使患儿的临床症状消失时间缩短,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To analyze and explore the clinical effect of banxia xiexin decoction in the treatment of infantile dyspepsia.Methods One hundred and two cases of children with dyspepsia admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were randomly selected and divided into two groups,with an average of 51 cases in each group.Among them,the control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given banxia xiexin decoction on the basis of routine treatment.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom disappearance time and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results(1)In terms of the total effective rate of treatment,the observation group(94.12%)was significantly higher than the control group(76.47%)(P<0.05).(2)In the observation group,the disappearance time of pantothenic acid,the disappearance time of upper abdominal fullness,and the disappearance time of belching symptoms were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).(3)In terms of the total incidence of adverse reactions,the observation group(3.92%)was significantly lower than the control group(17.65%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of banxia xiexin decoction in the treatment of dyspepsia children was significant,which can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms,and greatly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
