预见性护理在氧驱雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管哮喘护理中的价值研究

Research on the Value of Predictive Nursing in Oxygen-driven Atomization Inhalation for theTreatment of Bronchial Asthma in Children

目的研究预见性护理在氧驱雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管哮喘护理中的价值。方法选取80例在辽阳市中心医院治疗的小儿支气管哮喘患儿为研究对象,时间为2018年3月至2019年3月,随机分成观察组(n=40)与对照组(n=40)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组实施预见性护理。对比两组护理效果。结果观察组总有效率、护理总满意率、不良反应率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理在氧驱雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管哮喘护理中,效果突出,可以提升治疗与护理满意度,减少不良反应风险。

Objective To study the value of predictive nursing in the nursing of oxygen-driven atomization inhalation for the treatment of bronchial asthma in children.Methods Eighty patients with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received predictive nursing.The nursing effects of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate,total nursing satisfaction rate,and adverse reaction rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing has outstanding effect on tchildren with oxygen-driven atomization inhalation for the treatment of bronchial asthma.It can improve the patient's satisfaction of nursing,reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
