护理干预对心律失常患者的护理作用

Nursing Effect of Nursing Intervention on Patients with Arrhythmia

目的了解护理干预对心律失常患者的护理作用。方法选取70例在大连市金州区第一人民医院接受治疗的心律失常患者为研究对象,时间为2016年3月至2017年1月。随机分为常规护理组(n=35,给予一般护理)和全方位护理干预组(n=35,给予全方位护理)。比较两组满意度;心律失常诊疗全程的时间、住院的天数、心律失常消除的时间;护理前后心功能指标左心射血分数、心功能NYHA分级、左心室收缩末期内径、左心室舒张末期内径;并发症发生率。结果全方位护理干预组的满意度明显高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。护理前两组心功能指标左心射血分数、心功能NYHA分级、左心室收缩末期内径、左心室舒张末期内径接近,P>0.05;护理后,全方位护理干预组心功能指标左心射血分数、心功能NYHA分级、左心室收缩末期内径、左心室舒张末期内径优于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论心律失常患者实施全方位护理效果确切,可有效改善患者的心功能,缩短诊疗时间和住院时间,减少并发症的发生,促使患者的满意度得到提高。

Objective To understand the nursing effect of nursing intervention on patients with arrhythmia.Methods Seventy patients with arrhythmia who were treated in the First People's Hospital of Jinzhou District,Dalian City were selected as the research objects,from March 2016 to January 2017.They were randomly divided into a routine nursing group(n=35,giving general care)and a comprehensive nursing intervention group(n=35,giving comprehensive nursing).Compare the satisfaction of the two groups;the whole course of diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmia,the days of hospitalization,the time of elimination of arrhythmia;before and after nursing cardiac function indicators left ventricular ejection fraction,NYHA classification of cardiac function,left ventricular end systolic diameter,left ventricular end diastolic diameter;incidence of complications.Result The satisfaction degree of the comprehensive nursing intervention group was significantly higher than that of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).Before nursing,left ventricular ejection fraction,NYHA classification of cardiac function,left ventricular end systolic diameter,left ventricular end diastolic diameter of the two groups were similar(P>0.05);after nursing,left ventricular end systolic diameter and left ventricular end diastolic diameter in comprehensive nursing intervention group were better than those in routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing for patients with arrhythmia was exact.It can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients,shorten the time of diagnosis and treatment and hospitalization,reduce the occurrence of complications,and promote the satisfaction of patients.
