针对性护理在肺结核咯血患者中的应用效果及对护理满意度的影响

Application Effect of Targeted Nursing in Pulmonary Tuberculosis and Hemoptysis Nursing and ItsInfluence on Nursing Satisfaction

目的了解针对性护理在肺结核咯血患者中的应用效果及对护理满意度的影响。方法选取我院2016年1月至2018年12月收治的70例肺结核咯血患者,随机进行分组,对照组给予一般护理,观察组开展针对性护理。比较两组护理满意度、肺结核咯血持续时间、症状消失时间,护理前后心理状态和应激状态、生活质量,不良反应发生率。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后的血清皮质醇、去甲肾上腺素、SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组肺结核咯血持续时间、症状消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对肺结核咯血患者实施针对性护理的效果确切,可有效缩短肺结核咯血持续时间、症状消失时间,并降低不良反应的发生率,减轻焦虑以及抑郁情绪,改善患者的生活质量,提高患者的护理满意度,减轻患者的生理应激水平。

Objective Understand the application effect of targeted nursing in patients with tuberculosis and hemoptysis and its influence on nursing satisfaction.Methods A total of 70 patients with tuberculosis and hemoptysis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into groups.The control group was given general nursing care and the observation group was given targeted nursing care.Comparing the two groups of nursing satisfaction,the duration of tuberculosis hemoptysis,the time of symptom disappearance,psychological state and stress state before and after nursing,quality of life,and incidence of adverse reactions.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the serum cortisol,norepinephrine,SAS score,and SDS score of the observation group after nursing were all lower than the control group(P<0.05).The duration of tuberculosis hemoptysis and the disappearance of symptoms in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of targeted care for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis was definite.It can effectively shorten the duration of pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis,the time to disappear symptoms,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,reduce anxiety and depression,improve the quality of life of patients,and improve patient care satisfaction to reduce the patient's physiological stress level.
