优质护理在腹腔镜下子宫全切术后患者中的应用效果

Effect of High-quality Nursing for Patients after Laparoscopic Hysterectomy

目的探讨将优质护理应用于腹腔镜下子宫全切术后患者中的效果。方法选择73例在台安县恩良医院治疗的腹腔镜下子宫全切术后患者作为研究对象,时间为2015年6月至2018年12月,按照随机原则分成对照组(n=36,给予常规基础护理干预)和观察组(n=37,在常规护理基础上给予优质护理干预)。比较两组患者的住院时间、下床时间、术后首次肛门排气时间、术后并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组患者住院时间、下床时间、术后首次肛门排气时间、术后并发症发生率、患者对护理服务的满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理应用于腹腔镜下子宫全切患者,能显著提高患者对医护人员的信任感和依从性,改善患者的预后,降低术后并发症的发生率,并提高患者对医疗服务的满意度。

Objective To study the effect of applying high-quality nursing to patients after laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods Seventy-three patients after laparoscopic total hysterectomy who were treated in Enliang Hospital of Tai'an County were selected as the research objects,and the period was from June 2015 to December 2018.They were divided into control groups according to the principle of randomization(n=36,given on a routine basis nursing intervention)and observation group(n=37,providing high-quality nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing).The hospitalization time,time to get out of bed,time to exhaust the anus for the first time after operation,incidence of complications and satisfaction with nursing service were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time,the time to get out of bed,the first postoperative anal exhaust time,the incidence of postoperative complications,and the patients'satisfaction with nursing services in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality care was applied to patients with total hysterectomy under laparoscopic surgery,which can significantly improve patients'trust and compliance with medical staff,improve patient prognosis,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and increase patient satisfaction with medical services.
