精细化护理联合健康教育对阑尾炎术后患者康复的影响

Effect of Intensive Nursing Combined with Health Education on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Patients with Appendicitis

目的探讨对阑尾炎手术患者展开精细化护理联合健康教育后对术后康复效果的影响。方法选取106例来我院行手术治疗的阑尾炎患者为研究对象,入选时间为2016年5月至2018年7月。随机将患者分成对照组(53例)与观察组(53例),分别应用常规护理、精细化护理+健康教育。对比并评价两组患者的护理效果。结果在术后首次排气、下床、住院等时间指标,及术后VAS评分方面,观察组相比于对照组明显降低,P <0.05。观察组阑尾炎术后患者满意度达96.23%,高于对照组患者的79.25%,P <0.05。观察组阑尾炎术后患者切口感染、粘连性肠梗阻、排尿障碍等并发症发生率相比于对照组明显降低(4.55%vs. 22.64%),P <0.05。结论通过对阑尾炎手术患者展开精细化护理联合健康教育,能够将其术后疼痛有效减轻,减少并发症,加快身体康复,有效提高患者对护理服务的满意度。

Objective To observe and discuss the postoperative rehabilitation effect of intensive nursing combined with health education for appendicitis patients.Methods A total of 106 cases of appendicitis patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as research objects,and the selected time was from May 2016 to July 2018.The patients were randomly divided into control group(53 cases)and observation group(53 cases),and were treated with routine nursing,intensive nursing+health education,respectively.Compare and evaluate the nursing effect of the two groups of patients.Results Compared with the control group,first postoperative exhaust time,getting out of bed time,hospitalization time,and postoperative VAS score were significantly decreased in the observation group,P<0.05.The satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group after appendicitis reached 96.23%,which was higher than 79.25%in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of complications such as wound infection,adhesive intestinal obstruction,and urinary dysfunction in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(4.55%vs.22.64%),P<0.05.Conclusion By carrying out intensive nursing combined health education for patients with appendicitis surgery,the postoperative pain can be effectively alleviated,the complications can be reduced,the physical recovery can be accelerated,and the satisfaction of patients with nursing services can be effectively improved.
