持续质量改进对提高胸外科护理质量的作用

Effect of Continuous Quality Improvement on Improving the Quality of Thoracic Surgery Nursing

目的探讨持续质量改进对提高胸外科护理质量的作用。方法选择2016年1月至2019年1月在我院进行治疗的患者以及护理人员共90例,按照护理质量管理方法的不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组45例,给予常规护理质量管理,观察组45例,给予持续质量改进的护理质量管理。护理结束后分别对两组患者的护理结果进行分析。结果观察组患者对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组患者,P<0.05,数据有明显差异,具有统计学意义。相关护理人员对护理知识的掌握程度明显高于护理管理实行之前,P<0.05,数据有明显差异,具有统计学意义。结论在临床采用持续质量改进管理可以明显提高护理人员的专业素质,也可以拉近患者与医护人员的距离。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous quality improvement on improving the quality of thoracic surgery nursing.Methods Ninety patients and nurses who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were divided into control group and observation group.control group(45 cases,routine nursing quality management)and observation group(45 cases,continuous quality improvement nursing quality management)according to different nursing quality management methods.After the end of nursing,the nursing results of two groups of patients were analyzed.Result By using different nursing quality management methods,the satisfaction of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that of patients in control group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the data,with statistical significance.Relevant nurses'mastery of nursing knowledge was significantly higher than before the implementation of nursing management,P<0.05,the data had significant differences,with statistical significance.Conclusion The use of continuous quality improvement management in the clinic can significantly improve the professional quality of nursing staff,and can also shorten the distance between patients and medical staff.
