基于互联网吊运装置的设计

摘要 陶瓷纤维是高分子材料的重要组成部分,在国民经济的快速发展中起着至关重要的作用。吊运装置作为陶瓷纤维生产过程中关键设备,其吊运效率严重制约着陶瓷纤维的生产效率。为了解决这一难题,对陶瓷纤维的制作工艺及现场工况分析研究后,基于互联网技术,采用低净空的设计理念,结合电控系统与液压驱动技术,设计一种四吊点同步吊运装置。该吊运装置具有运行平稳、定位精准、实时响应与适应性强的特点,满足了陶瓷纤维吊运的特殊工况,实现了陶瓷纤维的抓取、吊运、旋转与松放,提高了陶瓷纤维的生产效率。 Ceramic fiber is an important part of polymer material,and plays an important role on the rapid development of national economy.As a key equipment of the process of ceramic-fiber production,the lifting efficiency of the lifting device restricts the production efficiency of ceramic fiber seriously.In order to solve this problem,Based on the Internet,adopting the design concept of low-headroom,a four-hanging point synchronous lifting device is designed using electrical monitoring and hydraulic driving technology.The lifting device has the characteristics of stable operation,high positioning precision,real-time response and adaptability,which satisfies the special working conditions of ceramic fiber hoisting,and realizes the grab,transfer,rotate and release of ceramic fiber,and improves the production efficiency of ceramic fiber.
