弧线摆动式装船机的运行机构探讨

Discussion on the Walking Mechanism of Arc Swing Loader

提出弧线摆动式装船机相对直线式移动装船机在运行机构上的难点和存在的问题,并进行应用分析。针对解决沿圆弧轨道行走的问题,在不考虑增设转向机构,减少整机重量和制造成本的基础上,探讨在运行机构的设计中运用加工相对角度的方法,最终使每个车轮落在圆弧线上,整个运行机构制造安装完后形成与轨道一样的圆弧线形,达到沿着圆弧轨道行走的目的。将得出的解决设计方案运用到实际制造和实际项目中达到预期效果,表明研究运用的方法是可行的,且降低了整台装船机的重量及成本,为港口码头上装船机的机械设计技术创新提供了参考依据。

The paper puts forward the difficulties and problems of the arc swing ship loader in the traveling mechanism compared with the linear mobile ship loader.In order to solve the problem of walking along the circular arc track,without considering the addition of steering mechanism,reducing the weight and manufacturing cost of the whole machine,the relative angle of processing is discussed in the design of the walking mechanism,so that each wheel will finally fall on the circular arc line,and the whole walking mechanism will form the same circular arc line as the track after manufacturing and installation,so as to achieve the purpose of walking along the circular arc track.The application of the solution design to the actual manufacturing and projects shows that it can achieve the expected results,which shows that the research method is feasible,and reduces the weight and cost of the whole ship loader,and provides a reference for the mechanical design and technical innovation of ship loader on the port terminal.
