摘要
针对大型门式起重机立柱型钢结构刚性腿安装,传统吊装装配方法是利用大型起重设备将其分段吊装,存在很多高空作业及耗时耗工问题。文中介绍了一种简易翻转工装,可缩短门式起重机整体总装配时间及使高空作业低空化。经在门式起重机刚性腿的90°翻身吊装实际应用验证,这种简易翻转工装安全实用,设计原理简单易懂,缩减了立柱型钢结构吊装装配工序及提高了装配效率,规避了刚性腿立柱分段空中对接错位的风险,降低了施工人员高空作业强度,使刚性腿制造质量更有保障。可为国内外港机制造、大型船厂等同类制造业中大型起重设备立柱型钢结构翻转吊装装配作业中提供参考和借鉴。
The rigid leg of a large gantry crane is assembled by segmental lifting method,which has a lot of overhead work and a long time.This paper introduces a kind of simple overturning tooling,which can solve the problem of squatting in the segmenting lifting method.This kind of tooling has been applied and verified in the lifting and lifting of rigid leg 90°.It is safe,practical,simple in design principle,reduces the assembly process and improves the assembly efficiency.It avoids the risk of misalignment of the interface in the high air,reduces the working intensity at high altitude,and guarantees the product quality.It can provide reference and reference for the steel structure turnover operation of large lifting equipment in similar enterprises.
