北京市边缘区传统村落空间分布特征及影响因素研究

Study on Spatial Distribution Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Traditional Villages in Fringe Area of Beijing

以北京市边缘区43个传统村落为对象,从空间分布类型、空间分布均衡性、空间分布边缘性分析北京市边缘区传统村落空间分布特征;从北京市城乡空间一体化、京津冀城市群协同发展、市场机制的驱动等方面分析影响边缘区传统村落空间分布的因素。结果表明:北京市边缘区传统村落为集聚型,并且空间分布不均衡,门头沟、密云、房山、昌平、延庆等地区传统村落较多;边缘性较强的传统村落主要分布在昌平、怀柔、密云以及平谷等地区。边缘区传统村落在城乡空间一体化中发展层次较低、远离京津冀城市群发展轴、经济基础薄弱等因素导致传统村落空间分布不均衡;城乡一体化程度、城市群发展以及传统村落历史文化、自然条件等是影响其边缘性的主要因素。

Taking 43 traditional villages in the fringe area of Beijing as the object,this paper analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics of traditional villages in the fringe area of Beijing from three aspects:spatial distribution type,spatial distribution equilibrium and spatial distribution marginality.This paper also analyzes the influencing factors of the spatial distribution of traditional villages in the fringe area of Beijing from three aspects:the spatial integration of urban and rural areas in Beijing,the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration and the drive of market mechanism.The results show that the traditional villages in the fringe area of Beijing are clustered and unevenly distributed,and there are many traditional villages in Mentougou,Miyun,Fangshan,Changping,Yanqing,etc.The traditional villages with strong marginality are mainly distributed in Changping,Huairou,Miyun and Pinggu.In the process of spatial integration of urban and rural areas,the traditional villages in the fringe areas have low level of development,weak economic foundation and small development intensity,and are far away from the development axis of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,which lead to unbalanced spatial distribution.The degree of integration of urban and rural areas,the development of urban agglomerations,and the historical and cultural and natural conditions of traditional villages are the main factors affecting their marginality.
