Exploration and Practice on Informatization Construction of Grass-roots Cadre Education

当前,网络信息技术迅速发展,“互联网+干部教育培训”的新生态教育方式纷纷涌现,其形式灵活、内容丰富,有效避免了工学矛盾,在基层干部教育培训工作中发挥着越来越重要的作用。结合基层干部网络培训现状,围绕简化操作程序、加强培训监督管理、完善各项规章制度、加强网络课程互动等方面,就如何有效推动基层干部教育培训信息化建设进行了积极的探索。

At present,the network information technology is developing rapidly.The“Internet+cadres education and training”new ecological education methods have sprung up.Its flexible form,rich content characteristics,effectively solve the contradiction between work and study,and play an increasingly important role in education and training of grassroots cadres.Based on the current situation of web-based training for grass-roots cadres,this paper explores how to effectively promote the informatization construction of grass-roots cadre education and training,focusing on simplifying operation procedures,strengthening training supervision and management,improving various systems,and strengthening the interaction of web-based courses.
