摘要
在我国国企单位中,人事档案管理一直占据着十分重要的管理地位。国企单位应充分发挥信息化技术优势,将人事档案实施科学的处理加工,以此提升国企单位的整体管理效率,强化人事管理质量。论文主要以国企单位为研究视角,阐述大数据视域下人事档案管理的优势及特征,并试析有效完善措施,旨在为广大同仁提供借鉴。
In China's state-owned enterprises,personnel file management has always occupied a very important management position.State-owned enterprises should give full play to the advantages of informatization technology and scientifically process personnel files,so as to enhance the overall management efficiency of state-owned enterprises and strengthen the quality of personnel management.This paper mainly takes state-owned enterprises as the research perspective,elaborates the advantages and characteristics of personnel file management from the perspective of big data,and tries to analyze effective improvement measures,aiming to provide reference for the majority of colleagues.
