摘要 当今社会已经进入了社会化媒体时代,人人都有手机,人们随时随地都能利用网络传播个人信息与观点。企业成为了一座时时刻刻被人们用放大镜围观的孤岛。因此,传统的危机公关正面临严峻的挑战。论文详细分析并总结了社会化媒体背景下运用传统的公关危机方法处理企业品牌危机存在的不足,并针对社会化媒体背景的特点提出了企业品牌危机处理的新思路。 Today's society has entered the era of social media,everyone has a mobile phone,people can use the internet to spread personal information and ideas anytime and anywhere.The enterprise has become an isolated island that people always use a magnifying glass to watch.Therefore,the traditional crisis public relations are facing severe challenges.The paper analyzes and summarizes in detail the shortcomings existing in using the methods of traditional public relations crisis to manage enterprise brand crises under the background of social media,and proposes new ideas for the management of enterprise brand crisis according to the characteristics of the background of social media.
