摘要
以源-网-荷-储协同调控研究为对象,针对源-网-荷-储调控研究现状提出了源-网-荷-储协同调度控制建设总体原则和总体思路,并从源-网-荷-储协同调控各环节设备全景信息感知、电网风险动态评估及智能决策功能、源-网-荷-储协同调控紧急防御系统、源-荷-储实时智能协同调控系统、区域冷、热、电的源-网-荷-储协调控制系统5个方面开展源-网-荷-储协同调度控制研究,为源-网-荷-储的互动和协同调控提供参考。
Based on the research on the coordination and control of source network and load storage,this paper puts forward the general principles and ideas for the construction of the coordination and control of source network and load storage,and analyzes the panoramic information perception,dynamic risk assessment and intelligent decision-making functions,emergency defense system,real-time intelligence of the coordination and control of source network and load storage coordinated control system and coordinated control system of regional cold heat power grid load storage are studied in five aspects to provide reference for the interaction and coordinated control of source network load storage.
