摘要
相对于传统的工科人才,未来新兴产业和新经济需要的是工程实践能力强、富含创新能力、具备国际竞争力的高素质复合型“新工科”人才。作为“新工科”建设中的一部分,自动化专业人才培养的创新刻不容缓。自动化专业人才培养模式目前存在理论课程学习动力不足、专业课之间教学内容分散、系统性差、实践动手能力普遍偏弱、教学内容与市场需求脱节等问题。文章在新工科视域下针对自动化专业创新人才培养模式进行了探索和研究,凝练出四协同、两融合、三育人的“423”自动化专业创新人才协同培养模式,该模式可复制、可推广,受益面广。
Compared with the traditional engineering talents,high-quality compound"new engineering"talents with strong engineering practice ability,rich innovation ability and international competitiveness will be needed in the future emerging industries and new economy.The innovation of talent training of automation specialty is urgent as a part of the construction of"new engineering".At present,there are some problems in the talents training mode of automation specialty,such as insufficient learning power of theoretical courses,scattered teaching contents among professional courses,poor systematicness,weak practical ability,and disconnection between teaching content and market demand.The training mode of innovative talents of automation specialty is explored and studied,the"423"collaborative training mode of automation specialty innovative talents is also condensed from the perspective of new engineering in this paper.The talents training mode can be copied,popularized and benefited widely.
