高校龙狮专业创新人才培养实证研究——以海口经济学院为例

运用文献资料法、调查法、系统分析法等,对海口经济学院龙狮人才培养目标、培养模式、实践成效、瓶颈问题进行了实证分析,为高校龙狮专业创新人才培养提出了探索性思路。结论:高校龙狮专业人才培养过程中,采用课程设置多元化,教学与训练形式多维化,竞赛、表演、实践一体化,校企合作、国际交流与职业发展融合的培养模式取得了较好的实践成效。但也存在管理体系不完善,专业师资力量匮乏,生源结构地域差异性较大等瓶颈问题。建议:优化人才培养与管理体系,构建多维立体化教学体系,创建国际文化交流平台,拓展龙狮文化传播路径和专业人才就业空间,形成产学研一体化龙狮专业创新人才培养体系。

By using the methods of literature review,investigation and systematic analysis,this paper makes an empirical study of the training objectives,training modes,practical results and bottlenecks of top talents in Haikou University of Economics.This paper puts forward exploratory thoughts for the training of innovative talents in excellent specialty in universities.Conclusion:In the process of training top professional talents in colleges and universities,the training mode of diversified curriculum,multi-dimensional teaching and training forms,integrated competition,performance and practice,school-enterprise cooperation,international exchange and career development has achieved good practical results.However,there are also bottlenecks such as imperfect management system,lack of professional teachers and large regional differences in the structure of students.Suggestions:Optimize the personnel training and management system,build a multi-dimensional teaching system,create an international cultural exchange platform,expand the cultural communication path and employment space for professional talents,and form an industry-university-research integrated innovative personnel training system for excellent specialty.
