人才培养质量持续改进机制是保障高等教育质量的基础,分析了当前关于人才培养质量持续改进机制的研究现状,讨论了人才培养质量持续改进机制的内涵,提出了“三闭环”人才培养质量持续改进机制模型,以哈尔滨理工大学软件工程专业为例介绍了构建多方参与的“三闭环”人才培养质量持续改进机制的具体实践。

The continuous improvement mechanism of talent training quality is the basis of ensuring the quality of higher education.This paper analyzes the current situation of the research on the continuous improvement mechanism of talent training quality,discusses the connotation of the continuous improvement mechanism of talents training quality,proposes the"three closed-loop"model of talents training quality continuous improvementmechanism.The paper takesthe Software Engineering major of Harbin University of Science and Technology as an example to introduce the measures to construct the continuous improvement mechanism of talent training quality with multiple participation.
