高校学生管理与思想政治教育的融合路径探究

现如今,在素质教育不断深化与改革的大背景下,高校在管理学生过程中,如果一味的运用单一、传统的学生管理模式,忽视了思政教育作用的发挥,会影响学生管理效果与水平的提升。因此,文章主要探究高校学生管理与思想政治教育融合的实际路径,通过对高校学生管理现状的认知,学生管理与思政教育关系的把握,更加深刻的意识到思政教育在学生管理工作中的重要性,积极的运用思想政治教育的内容优化高校学生管理工作,逐步提升高校学生管理工作的效率与质量,为国家与社会培养出更加高素质的人才。

Nowadays,in the context of the continuous deepening and reform of quality-oriented education,colleges and universities in the process of student management,if blindly using a single,traditional student management model,ignoring the role of ideological and political education,it will affect the effect and level of student management.Therefore,this paper explores the fusionpath ofcollege student management and ideological and political education.Through the understanding of the current situation of student management in colleges and universities and the relationship between student management and ideological and political education,the author is deeply aware of the importance of ideological and political education in student management.The paper proposesusing the contents of the ideological and political education to optimize the student management work in colleges and universities,gradually improves university students'management work efficiency and quality to cultivatehigh-quality talents for the country and society.
