高校少数民族贫困大学生思想政治教育工作的对策研究

Research on Ideological and Political Education of Poor Minority College Students

近年来,伴随着国民经济的发展,科学技术的提升,国家对少数民族贫困大学生思想政治教育工作政策的支持,高校少数民族大学生数量逐年递增。但是,由于民族文化的多样性,少数民族大学生的心理方面、处事行为方面等与其他学生存在较大差异。在这种情况下,加强少数民族贫困大学生思想政治教育的工作对提升高校育人来说就显得十分重要。文章通过分析少数民族贫困大学生的思想政治教育工作中存在的问题,提出了解决少数民族贫困大学生思想政治教育工作的对策。

In recent years,with the development of national economy and the progress of science and technology,as well as the support of national education policy for ethnic minority areas,the number of ethnic minority college students in colleges and universities is increasing year by year.However,due to the diversity of national culture,the ideological status and behavior of ethnic minority college students are very different.In this situation,it is particularly important to strengthen the ideological and political education for ethnic minority college students.Based on the analysis of the ideological status of the poor ethnic minority college students and the current situation of the ideological education of the poor ethnic minority college students,this paper puts forward the methods to solve the ideological and political education of the poor ethnic minority college students.
