学生党建视角下高职院校新媒体中心建设研究

加强新媒体建设是高职院校学生党建工作的迫切需求,当前高职院校学生党建新媒体建设工作存在组织各自为政、缺乏全能型新媒体人才、创新意识不足被动宣传等现实问题。加强高职院校学生党建新媒体中心建设应该以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,做好建设规划,夯实物质制度基础;统领学校新媒体资源,保持方向一致;创新新媒体平台建设,形成特色品牌。具体建设策略上要构建完备组织机构,打造高效工作流程,制定长效激励机制。

Strengthening the construction of new media is an urgent need for the Party construction of students in vocational colleges.At present,there are some practical problems in the new media construction of higher vocational college students'Party construction,such as the lack of independent organization,the all-round new media talents,the innovation consciousness and the passive publicity.Xi Jinping thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era should be the guide to strengthen the construction of new media center for student Party construction in higher vocational colleges.The construction of new media center for student Party construction in higher vocational colleges should firstly make a good construction plan to consolidate the material system foundation,secondly lead the school's new media resources to keep the same direction,and finally innovate the construction of new media platform to form a characteristic brand.The construction of new media center for student Party construction in higher vocational colleges should construct complete organization,build efficient working process and establish long-term incentive mechanism.
