摘要
总结一款嵌织网格加强筋机织物的开发技术。为进一步提高工装面料的力学性能和舒适性,锦纶长丝作为加强筋嵌织到棉织物中。从原料、纱线和织物规格三方面介绍了设计思路;总结了整经、浆纱和织造等工序的关键工艺和采取的针对性技术措施。测试结果表明:开发的织物各项力学性能均满足了相关标准要求。认为:兼具舒适性和良好力学性能的工装面料具有良好的应用价值。
The development technology of a woven fabric with embedded rid reinforcement was summarized.In order to further improve the mechanical property and comfort of the tooling fabric,polyamide filament is embedded into cotton fabric as rid reinforcement.The design idea was introduced from three aspects of raw material,yarn and fabric specification.The key technologies of warping,sizing and weaving and the corresponding technology measures were summarized.The test results show that the mechanical property of the developed fabric meet the requirements of the relevant standards.It is considered that the tooling fabric with both comfort and better mechanical property has better application value.
