药物性肝损伤的防治研究

Study on the prevention and treatment of drug-induced liver injury

药物性肝损伤是一种常见的药物不良反应,也是导致患者停药的主要原因之一。药物性肝损伤若治疗不当可严重影响患者的预后,部分患者还可发生急性肝衰竭。本文针对药物性肝损伤的发病特点、发病机制及防治措施等进行阐述,以期为临床上有效地防治药物性肝损伤、提高用药的安全性提供参考。

Drug-induced liver injury is a common adverse drug reaction and one of the main causes of drug withdrawal in patients.Improper treatment of druginduced liver injury can seriously affect the prognosis of patients,and some patients may develop acute liver failure.In this paper,the characteristics,pathogenesis and prevention and treatment measures of drug-induced liver injury were described,in order to provide reference for the effective prevention and treatment of drug-induced liver injury and the improvement of drug safety in clinical pra ctice.
