汽车摘挂挡噪声识别与分析系统设计

摘要 在台架及整车标定的复杂声学环境下,针对双离合自动变速器(DCT)标定无法准确进行摘挂挡噪声识别与分析的问题,利用振动传感器、拨叉位置传感器、数据采集模块和噪声识别装置,搭建了摘挂挡噪声识别与分析系统。以某型DCT为例进行验证,结果表明,该系统实现了摘挂挡噪声的时域特性识别、异响点辅助分析、声强客观评价和振动噪声主观评价功能。 In the complex acoustic environment of test bench and vehicle calibration,this paper uses vibration sensors,shift fork position sensors,data acquisition modules and noise recognition device to build a noise recognition and analysis system for gear picking and engagement aiming at the problem that Dual-Clutch Transmission(DCT)calibration cannot accurately identify and analyze the noise of gears picking-and-engagement.a certain type of DCT is taken as an example for verification,the results show that the system realizes the functions of time-domain characteristic identification of gear picking-and-engagement noise,auxiliary analysis of abnormal sound points,objective sound intensity evaluation and subjective evaluation of vibration noise.
