摘要 基于国外的研究文献,分别从运动员特征、赛道与设备、技术特征、训练学和伤病预防等5个方面对冬奥会越野滑雪比赛成绩的发展进行了回顾和分析。形态学和生理学的发展促进了越野滑雪运动员身体机能的提高;赛道、设备和技术的改善,提高了运动员的滑行效率;科学知识和科技的进步,提升了运动员训练的科学化水平;设备和训练等的优化,进一步增强了越野滑雪运动员的伤病预防能力。上述多方面因素共同促成了冬奥会越野滑雪比赛成绩的巨大进步,旨在通过解析冬奥会越野滑雪科学化历程,实现该项目在我国的快速发展。 Based on international literatures,this paper reviews and analyzes the competition performance of cross country skiing in Winter Olympics history from five aspects:Athlete characteristics,track and equipment,technical characteristics,training science,and injury prevention.The development of skiers’morphology and physiology improved the body function of skiers;the development of track,equipment and technology improved the skiing efficiency;the development of scientific knowledge and technology improved the scientific level of training;the optimization of equipment and training further enhanced the injury prevention of skiers.All factors above have contributed to the significant improvement of skiers’performance in the Winter Olympics.By reviewing and analyzing the scientific development of cross country skiing in foreign countries,and with the aim of the rapid development of Chinese cross country skiing.
