阿司匹林生物学新作用及其对间充质干细胞功能影响的研究进展

摘要 阿司匹林又称乙酰水杨酸(acctylsalicylic acid,ASA),是一种非甾体类抗炎药(non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug,NSAIDs),其疗效稳定、副反应少,已广泛应用于临床,预防和治疗多种疾病,如风湿疾病、心脑血管疾病及糖尿病等。百余年来,随着对阿司匹林研究的不断深入,发现阿司匹林参与了多种生物学途径,一些新的药理作用也不断被发现。
