盐酸氨溴索辅助治疗慢性支气管炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of ambroxol hydrochloride in adjuvant treatment of chronic bronchitis

目的:探讨盐酸氨溴索辅助治疗慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:收集2018年7月至2020年1月本院就诊的慢性支气管炎患者127例,随机分为观察组(n=65)和对照组(n=62)。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用盐酸氨溴索进行治疗,均持续治疗10 d。记录两组患者咳嗽、喘息、咳痰等症状缓解时间。治疗10 d后检测两组肺功能和血气指标,并进行临床疗效评价。结果:观察组咳嗽、咳痰、喘息症状消失时间较对照组均显著缩短(均P<0.05)。治疗后观察组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV 1)、FEV 1占预计值百分比(FEV 1%)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO 2)、动脉血氧分压(PaO 2)均优于对照组,且治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:应用盐酸氨溴索辅助治疗慢性支气管炎临床疗效较好。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride in adjuvant treatment of chronic bronchitis.Methods:One hundred and twenty seven patients with chronic bronchitis who admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to January 2020 were collected and randomly divided into observation group(n=65)and control group(n=62).The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride on the basis of the control group,both of which lasted for 10 days.The time of relieving cough,wheezing and expectoration were recorded.After 10 days of treatment,the lung function and blood gas index were measured in the two groups,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results:The remission time of cough,expectoration and wheezing in the observation group was significantly shorter than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV 1),FEV 1 of predicted value(FEV 1%),arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO 2)and arterial oxygen partial pressure(PaO 2)in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride in the adjuvant treatment of chronic bronchitis is better.
