摘要 校园安全防控管理水平对校园安全程度存在直接影响,为此设计一种基于GIS的校园安全防控管理系统。系统中,当子系统实时监控及信息采集层通过视频监控模块、巡更模块以及消防模块发现校园存在危险情况时,将采集的信息传输至系统综合性安防信息处理层。该处理层通过GIS地图模块锁定校园异常范围的区域信息后,将区域信息传输至联动及处理策略层。联动及处理策略层中告警联动模块将通过校园广播的形式发布告警信息,处置策略模块采用基于多智能体和元胞自动集成的校园人群数显模型进行人群疏散,实现校园安全防控管理。经测试,该文系统对校园安全防控管理具有良好的应用性,可在校园失火情况中有效监控危险信息并及时疏散人群。 As the management level of campus security prevention and control has a direct impact on the degree of campus security,a campus security prevention and control management system based on GIS is designed.In the system,when discovering the dangerous situation in the campus through the video monitoring module,patrol module and fire control module,the real⁃time monitoring and information collection layer of the subsystem can transmit the collected information to the comprehensive security information processing layer of the system.The processing layer can lock the regional information of the abnormal range in the campus through GIS map module,and then transmit the regional information to the linkage and processing strategy layer.The alarm linkage module in the linkage and processing strategy layer issues the alarm information in the form of campus broadcast,and the processing strategy module uses the campus crowd digital⁃display model based on the integration of multi⁃agent and cellular automata to evacuate the crowd,so as to realize the campus safety prevention and control management.The testing results indicate that the system has a good application in the campus safety control and management,which can effectively monitor the danger information and evacuate the crowd in time in the case of campus fire.
