摘要 针对现有装载专业摄影设备的手持云台的易用性和便携性不足的问题,将人机工程学应用于手持云台的设计研发。以仿真优化的人机理论方法为核心,构建人体使用手持云台的虚拟模型,以情景构建的方式模拟用户使用场景,获取用户与手持云台的相关人机数据。再利用SolidWorks运动仿真功能,模拟该产品的机械运动,检查运动干涉,结合两者进行优化设计。最后对优化前后的产品使用和收纳状态进行对比分析,检验产品的易用性和便携性。结果表明,基于人机工程学优化的手持云台设计方法使优化后的手持云台比同级别产品使用起来更省力,更方便收纳。说明从人机工程关系出发进行手持云台的设计理念,是手持云台设计优化的一种具有可行性的方法,同时也为其他具有活动结构的产品的设计研发提供借鉴。 In allusion to the problem that the existing hand⁃held PTZ with professional photography equipment is not easy to use and enough portable,the ergonomics is applied to the design and development of the hand⁃held PTZ.Taking the man⁃machine theory and method of simulation and optimization as the core,the virtual model of human body using hand⁃held PTZ is constructed,which obtains the relevant human⁃computer data between the user and the handheld PTZ by simulating the user scenario in the way of scene construction.The mechanical motion of the product is simulated and the motion interference is checked by means of the SolidWorks motion simulation function,and the design is optimized by combining the two functions.The use and storage status of the products before and after optimization are compared and analyzed to test the ease of use and the portability of the products.The results show that the optimization of the hand⁃held PTZ design based on ergonomics makes the optimized hand⁃held PTZ easier to use and more convenient to store than the products of the same level.It is concluded that the hand⁃held PTZ design based on the relationship of ergonomics is a feasible method to optimize the design of hand⁃held PTZ,and also provides reference for the design and development of other products with active structure.
