摘要
500 kA电解槽经过筑炉、焙烧启动阶段,后期管理是保障电解槽在生产周期内稳定生产的关键,经过高电压、高电解温度、高电解质水平、高分子比、低铝水平的“四高一低”技术工艺管控,建立起坚固稳定的炉膛,使电解槽逐步过渡到正常工艺生产状态,为电解槽正常期稳定生产和延长电解槽寿命奠定良好基础。
After the furnace construction and baking start-up stage of 500 kA aluminum pot,the later stage management is the key to ensure the stable production of aluminum pots in the production cycle.Through the“four high and one low”technical process control of high voltage,high electrolysis temperature,high bath level,high molar ratio and low aluminum level,a firm and stable furnace cavity is established,which makes the production process of aluminum pots gradually become normal,thus laying a solid foundation for the stable production in normal period and longer service life of aluminum pots.
