摘要
袖阀管注浆作为一种可靠、有效、经济的技术手段在地基加固领域得以广泛应用。然而,这种技术在民用建筑粉土地基中的研究与效果评价较为鲜见。因此,通过对某民用建筑地基进行袖阀管注浆现场试验,得到以下结果:注浆后粉土层地基承载力标准值有了显著提升,平面注浆影响半径为0.5~1.0 m;在压力为0.1~0.3 MPa、水灰比为0.8~1.2注浆条件下土体改性主要通过渗透作用与充填作用,在压力为0.4 MPa、水灰比为1.4注浆条件下土体改性主要通过压密作用与劈裂作用。建议对地基粉土层进行整体袖阀管注浆加固,注浆压力为0.2 MPa,浆液水灰比为1.0,注浆孔间隔为0.5 m。
Being reliable,effective and economical,the sleeve-valve-pipe grouting has been widely adopted to foundation reinforcement.But it is rarely studied and evaluated in silt foundation of civil construction.The sleevevalve-pipe grouting in existing civil building are tested on site and got the following results:the standard value of bearing capacity of silt ground has been significantly increased by sleeve-valve-pipe grouting,and the radius of plane grouting effects from 0.5 m to 1.0 m;the soil reinforcement is mainly achieved through osmosis and filling under the pressure of 0.1 MPa-0.3 MPa and water-cement ratio of 0.8-1.2,and compaction and splitting for the pressure of 0.4 MPa and water-cement ratio of 1.4 respectively;integrally grouting reinforcement is required by the silt foundation with 0.5 m hole spacing,0.2 MPa pressure and 1.0 water-cement ratio.
