Research progress on lymph node dissection in surgical treatment of upper urinary tract urothelial carcinoma

上尿路上皮癌(upper urinary tract urothelial carcinoma,UTUC)是泌尿系统较少见的肿瘤,治疗主要以手术为主,根治性肾输尿管切除术联合膀胱袖状切除是治疗的金标准。淋巴结转移作为影响预后的危险因素之一,近年来愈发引起泌尿外科临床医师的重视,但对UTUC患者行淋巴结清扫术(lymph node dissection,LND)的治疗价值及清扫范围和数量的标准化尚存争议。本文将就LND在UTUC患者治疗中的研究进展进行综述。

Upper urinary tract urothelial carcinoma(UTUC)is a rare tumor of the urinary system.Surgery is the main treatment modality for UTUC,and radical nephroureterectomy(RNU)is the gold standard for treatment.In recent years,lymph node metastasis has gained increasing attention from urologists as an independent prognostic factor.However,controversies remain about the therapeutic value and standardized implementation of lymph node dissection(LND)in patients with UTUC.This article reviews the research progress on the value of LND in the treatment of UTUC patients.
