超声心输出量监测技术在早期创伤性失血性休克患者中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 创伤会给人体造成巨大的损害,引发循环障碍,导致机体功能紊乱,进而出现一系列病理生理反应,其中失血性休克是创伤引起的较严重的外科损伤,创伤后伤员死亡的原因很多,失血性休克是早期死亡的最主要原因[1]。近年来,超声心输出量监测技术(ultrasonic cardiac output monitor,USCOM)与胸腔电生物阻抗法(thoracic electrical bioimpedance,TEB)在脓毒性休克患者的血流动力学监测中得到了广泛的运用[2-3]。早期积极液体复苏是抢救脓毒性休克患者,改善其组织低灌注的重要措施[4]。
