Infantile herpes zoster:three cases report and literature review

目的:分析婴幼儿带状疱疹的临床特点。方法:报道3例婴幼儿带状疱疹病例并对近10年文献报道病例进行回顾性分析。结果:共分析26例患儿,年龄74天~3岁,其中≤6个月患儿8例(30.8%);孕期或产后感染及接触VZV史12例(50%);患儿感染或接触VZV史7例(31.8%);伴有上呼吸道感染症状15例(60%);皮疹与成人相似;均无明显疼痛表现;总病程7~16天;未发现后遗神经痛。结论:婴幼儿带状疱疹与孕期或产后感染及接触VZV有关,年龄愈小病例愈少,临床常伴有上呼吸道感染,皮疹无特殊,神经痛不明显,预后良好。

Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics of infantile herpes zoster.Methods:Three cases of infantile herpes zoster were reported,and the cases reported in the past 10 years from database were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Twenty six cases were included,the age ranged from 74 days to 3 years old,8 cases(30.8%)were younger than 6 months old.Of 26 cases,12(50%)had history of infection and exposure to VZV during pregnancy or postpartum,7(31.8%)had history of VZV infection or contact,15 had symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection(60%).The lesion in infants was similar to that in the adults.There was no pain in all 26 infants.The duration was from 7 to 16 days with no postherpetic neuralgia.Conclusion:Infantile herpes zoster is associated with VZV infection during pregnancy or postpartum.The younger the age,the fewer the cases.It is often accompanied by upper respiratory tract infection.The rash is not special,the neuralgia is not obvious,and the prognosis is good.
