复发性半环状丘疹性红斑一例

Erythema papulosa semicircularis recidivans:a case report

患者,女,41岁。躯干部红斑、丘疹伴瘙痒半年,加重2个月。左腰部皮损病理检查示:表皮大致正常,真皮浅层皮肤附属器周围少量淋巴、单核样细胞浸润,未见弹力纤维变性、坏死。诊断为复发性半环状丘疹性红斑。给予盐酸依匹斯汀口服,卤米松乳膏外用,皮损逐渐消退。

A 41-year-old female presented with erythema,papules with itching on the trunk for half a year and aggravation for two months.Pathological examination of the lesion showed normal epidermis,a few lymphoid and mononuclear cells infiltration around the skin appendages on the superficial dermis,and no elastic fibrosis or necrosis.The diagnosis of erythema papulosa semicircularis recidivans was made.After oral epinastine hydrochloride and topical halometasone cream,the lesions subsided gradually.
