高职院校教师职业素养对学生工匠精神的影响研究——以学生自我效能为中介

Research on the Influence of Professional Quality of Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges on Students’craftsmanship——Using Student Self-efficacy as an Intermediary

本文通过对911名高职院校学生进行问卷抽样调查,分析教师职业素养对学生工匠精神培育的影响情况。结果发现,不同专业学生对教师职业素养表现整体评价存在显著差异,教师的自我形象、专业能力、行为品质、师生融合这四要素与学生工匠精神存在正相关,学生自我效能感在该影响过程中起到完全中介作用。

This paper conducts a questionnaire sample survey on 911 students in higher vocational colleges to analyze the influence of teachers’professionalism on the cultivation of students’craftsmanship.The results found that students of different majors have significant differences in the overall evaluation of teachers’professional quality,The four elements of teacher’s self-image,professional ability,behavior quality,and teacher-student integration are positively related to the Craftsmanship of students,Student self-efficacy plays a completely mediating role in this influence process.
