2020 is not only a year to win the battle of epidemic prevention and control and poverty alleviation with great determination,but also a year to achieve the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.In this critical time,there are both potential risks and huge opportunities.The government departments must further make the most of the significant advantages of the system to turn crisis into opportunity.On the one hand,it is necessary to deeply grasp the ideological source and practical basis of the system.On the other hand,we should firmly grasp the great value of the system during the period of epidemic prevention and control,unswervingly adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China,and the people’s dominant position and the fundamental organizational principle of democratic centralism.
