护士对“互联网+护理服务”认知和意愿的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of nurses′ cognition and intention on "Internet plus Nursing Service"

目的:了解护士对"互联网+护理服务"的认知和意愿,影响护士开展"互联网+护理服务"的因素,了解护士愿意从事的护理服务项目。旨在为上海实行开展此项目提供参考意见。方法:采用自行设计的问卷对上海市某三级甲等医院执业注册护士进行调查。结果:共回收有效问卷1630份,其中有679人表示听说过"互联网+护理服务",有701人听说过"网约护士",有143人听说过"滴滴护士",有473人没听说过。其中有869人愿意参加"互联网+护理服务",340人表示不愿意参加,421人表示无所谓。愿意参与的护士中有922人认为可以增加工作灵活度和自主性,有920人认为可以增加收入。不愿意参与的原因,有543人认为提供服务时出现纠纷难以处理,有507人认为如遇紧急突发事件,病人安全难以保证。结论:多数护士愿意参与"互联网+护理服务",但较多护士担心在执业过程中病人和自己的医疗安全,完善相关的医疗保障法律法规是开展"互联网+护理服务"的保障。

Objective:To understand nurses′cognition and intention on"Internet plus Nursing Service"and its influencing factors,and the projects nurses′willingness to working,so as to provide the reference for the implementation of this projects in Shanghai.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the registered nurses in a third grade-A hospital in Shanghai.Results:A total of 1630 valid questionnaires were collected,in which 679 nurses had heard of the"Internet plus Nursing Service",701 nurses had heard of"Network Appointment Nurses",143 nurses had heard of"DIDI Nurse",473 nurses had never heard of them;869 nurses were willing to participate in"Internet plus Nursing Service",340 nurses were not,and 421 nurses did not care.Among the nurses willing to participate,992 nurses thought it would increase flexibility and autonomy at work,920 nurses thought they could increase their income.The reasons for the unwillingness to participate including 543 nurses thought it was difficult to deal with disputes when providing services,507 nurses believed that patients′safety could not be guaranteed in case of emergency.Conclusions:Most nurses were willing to participate in the"Internet plus nursing service",while the majority of them were concerned about the safety of both patients and themselves.The improvement of relevant laws and regulations on medical security would be the guarantee for the development of"Internet plus Nursing Service".
