补肾活血汤联合西医治疗早中期非创伤性股骨头缺血坏死对照研究

A Comparative Study on Bushen Huoxue Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treating Early and Middle Non-Traumatic Avascular Necrosis of Femoral

目的:以中早期非创伤性股骨头坏死患者的治疗为方向,采用对比调查的方式探究补肾活血汤联合西医常规治疗的应用价值。方法:选取住院接受治疗的早中期非创伤性股骨头缺血坏死患者50例开展平行对比调查,参考随机抽样标准分组,其中25例行西医治疗纳入对照组,另外25例行补肾活血汤联合西医方案治疗纳入观察组,分别统计不同方案治疗下患者临床疗效。结果:治疗前两组患者Harris评分均处在65分之下,组间并未呈现出显著差异,经不同方案治疗后,各阶段观察组患者的Harris评分均显著大于对照组;观察组达到临床控制效果14例,组内1例患者治疗效果不理想对照组达临床控制效果10例,组内6例患者未达到有效及以上标准。结论:针对早中期的非创伤性股骨头缺血坏死患者,在对症西医治疗的基础上给予补肾活血汤更有助于促进患者的康复。

Objective:To explore the value of Bushen Huoxue Decoction com bined with western medicine in the treatment of early and middle non-traumatic avascular necrosis of femoral head.Meth-ods:50 patients with early and middle non-traumatic avascular necrosis of femoral head who were hospitalized in hospital were investigated in parallel.25 cases were included in control group and 25 cases were included in observation group.Results:The Harris scores of the patients in the first two groups were all under 65.After different treatment,the Harris scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,14 cases in the observation group,10 cases in the control group and 6 cases in the group.Conclusion:For the patients with non-traumatic avascular necrosis of femoral head in the early and middle stage,it is more helpful to give Bushen Huoxue decoction on the basis of symptomatic western medicine treatment.
