摘要
为提高配方打叶时每次备料的原烟内部品质均匀性,在精选原烟装框皮带上安装在线近红外光谱仪,实时检测装框原烟烟碱含量,采用“分区域,分区间”入库、“大小值烟框搭配”的出库方式。结果表明,与采用随机入库、出库方式相比,该方法有效提高了备料原烟的烟碱均匀性,变异系数降低了50.1%。
In order to improve the uniformity of the internal quality of the raw materials for each preparation when the formula was applied,the on-line near-infrared spectrometer was installed on the selected original cigarette frame belt to detect the nicotine content of the original smoke in real time.The storage method of“sub-regional,inter-regional”warehousing,and“big-small smoke frame matching”was used.Compared with the random storage and delivery methods,this method effectively improved the nicotine uniformity of the raw materials prepared and reduced the coefficient of variation by 50.1%.
