摘要
为研究传统平库打叶复烤均质化加工方法,结合复烤企业实际情况,在“分类堆放,组批出库”的原则下采用了“入库即组批,通道出库调控”的均质化控制方式,结果发现与非均质化方式相比变异系数降低了70.6%。该研究结果为打叶复烤企业控制烟碱均匀性方法提供了一定的理论指导。
In order to study the traditional homogenization processing method based on threshing,redrying and flat warehouse, combined the actual situations of re-baking enterprises, we adopted the principle of “classification and stacking, group approval and delivery” to complete the “inbound and outbound management, channel outbound regulation”.Compared with the non-homogeneous model, the homogenization control method reduced the coefficient of variation by 70.6%, which provided theoretical guidance for the method of controlling the nicotine uniformity in threshing and baking enterprises.
