云南农业多功能拓展策略研究

农业本身就是一个多功能体,农业多功能性是指农业具有经济、生态、社会和文化等多方面的功能。随着我国经济在较长时期保持高速度增长,农业的基础性支撑作用在不断增强,其生态、文化、社会等功能地位逐步显现,拓展农业的多功能性,发展多功能农业是农业发展与进步的必然趋势,是传统农业发展向现代农业发展转变的必然结果,更是实现乡村振兴政策的目标。充分利用云南气候资源、农业产业、民族文化等多样性优势,努力拓展高原特色农业的多样性,在生产出更多“云系”“滇牌”特色农产品,打造云南在全国乃至世界有优势、有影响、有竞争力的绿色农产品品牌的同时,拓展农业生态保护、观光休闲、文化传承等功能,对延长农业产业链、拓展农业价值链,全面提升云南农业的综合效益,不断壮大农业经济实力,持续增加农民收入等方面有重要意义。
