摘要 以江苏农牧科技职业学院畜牧兽医专业为例,构建并实施了“1.5+1.5”人才培养模式。大力实施校企“双主体”协同育人模式,推进“双身份”招生招工一体化,完善“双交替”人才培养制度和标准,建设校企互聘共用的“双导师”教学团队,建立体现现代学徒制特点的“双模式”运行管理制度,落实多方参与的“双评价”考核评价机制,实现了学生、学校、企业三方共赢,促进了产教深度融合,取得了明显成效,为我国高职教育全面开展现代学徒制试点工作提供了借鉴。 Taking the animal husbandry and veterinary specialty of Jiangsu Agri-animal Husbandry Vocational College as an example, the “ 1.5 + 1.5” talent training model was constructed and implemented.We should vigorously implement the “dual-subject” collaborative education model between schools and enterprises, promote the integration of “dual status” enrollment and recruitment, perfect the “double alternation” talents training system and standards, construct “double tutors” teaching team for school-enterprise inter-employment and sharing, establish a “double-mode” operation management system reflecting the characteristics of modern apprenticeship, and implement a “double-evaluation” evaluation mechanism with multi-participation.The win-win situation among students, schools and enterprises was achieved, the deep integration of industry and education was promoted, and remarkable results were achieved.The research results could provide references for the pilot work of modern apprenticeship in China’s higher vocational education.
