摘要
In the present work,new fundamental properties of twisted electron beams are obtained.We demonstrate for the first time that a twisted spin-1/2 particle can possess a large measurable(spectroscopic)electric quadrupole moment(EQM)and a tensor magnetic polarizability(TMP).
