摘要
Two-electron-one-photon(TEOP)transition[1]is an ultrafast transition(~fs)of two correlated electrons.During this transition,coupled electron pair jumps simultaneously into the same inner hollow shell both changed their principal quantum numbers,then induced the suudden changes of the nuclear field following the onephoton emission.
