摘要
本文结合史料深入解析了《东方杂志》初创时期四幅封面图像的国运隐喻及其制度觉醒。受时局影响,该杂志四年中的封面图像不仅是各阶段政治局势的影射,同时也反映了上层知识群体对国运走向的期待与忧虑。从联日拒俄到立宪自救,四幅含有龙元素的封面图像呈递进式演变,它们在参习西方画报图像资源的基础上,尝试性的迈出了通过视觉改造社会的第一步。
Combined with historical data,this paper makes an indepth analysis of the metaphor of the National Destiny and its enlightenment to the system in the four cover paintings of Oriental Journal in its early period.Affected by the political situation,the cover image of this journal in these four years is not only a projection of the political situation in various stages,but also a reflection of the expectation and anxiety of the intellectuals in the upper class towards the national movement.From"uniting Japan against Russia"to"self-salvation through constitutionalism",the four cover paintings with dragon elements evolved gradually in a progressive way.Based on the reference and study of western pictorial resources,they tentatively took the first step to transform the society through vision.
