摘要
SWRCH35K钢规格Φ6.5mm盘条在生产标准件过程中出现冷镦开裂现象,通过对开裂部位高倍及扫描电镜检测分析,并对夹杂物进行能谱分析,发现造成Φ6.5mm规格盘条开裂的主要原因是内部夹杂,夹杂物的主要成分为保护渣。通过结晶器自动加渣和开浇的自动液面稳定、浸入式水口插入深度等措施杜绝结晶器内卷渣,有效改善冷镦开裂现象。
SWRCH35 K of steel specificationΦ6.5 mm wire rod has cold heading cracking during the production of standard parts.Through high magnification and scanning electron microscope inspection and analysis of the cracked parts,and energy spectrum analysis of inclusions,it is found that theΦ6.5 mm specification wire rod is cracked.The main reason is internal inclusions,the main component of inclusions is mold powder.The automatic liquid level stabilization of automatic slag filling and pouring of the mold,and the insertion depth of the immersion nozzle are adopted to prevent slag entrapment in the mold and effectively improve the phenomenon of cold heading cracking.
